Weld El 15 Weld El 15, born Ala Yaacoubi, is a Tunisian rapper. In June 2013 he was given a two-year prison sentence for insulting the police with his song 'Boulicia Kleb' (Cops are Dogs).〔(Tunisian rapper sentenced to prison for insulting police ), ''France24'', 13 June 2013〕 In September 2014 he was nominated by European United Left–Nordic Green Left for the Sakharov Prize, along with the Moroccan rapper L7a9d and the Egyptian blogger Alaa Abd El-Fattah.
